Description (IGDB)

In this first-person Western RPG, the player takes on the role of Courier 6, barely surviving after being robbed of their cargo, shot and put into a shallow grave by a New Vegas mob boss. The Courier sets out to track down their robbers and retrieve their cargo, and winds up getting tangled in the complex ideological and socioeconomic web of the many factions and settlements of post-nuclear Nevada.

Histoire (IGDB)

The player takes control of "the Courier", who is hired by a delivery service to take an unknown package across the Mojave Desert to "The Strip" but intercepted, shot in the head, and left for dead by a mysterious man who steals the package. After being found by a friendly local robot, Victor, and healed by a man named Doc Mitchell, the Courier is thrust back into the desert to seek revenge and recover the stolen package. Through doing this, the player becomes caught up between various factions competing for control over the desert and it's most valuable asset, the Hoover Dam; ultimately coming to shape the future of its inhabitants.

Profitez de votre séjour.

Comprend

Fallout Chicago is a new mod based on the best game in the series, and you can play now

Fallout New Vegas is comfortably my favorite Fallout game. Aside from the iconic setting, Obsidian perfected the first-person formula and Bethesda has never risen to the gauntlet it so valiantly put down. From Caesar's Legion to the difficult roleplaying decisions it forces you to make, New Vegas might not only be my favorite Fallout game, but one of my favorite RPGs full stop. If Fallout Chicago, a new mod that adds a "DLC-sized expansion" to the game, can echo any of that roleplaying goodness, we're in for a great time. Read the rest of the story... A "Cowboy Coalition" battle NCR corporate imperialism in this freshly released Fallout: New Vegas quest mod

Yee haw. If you've ever thought Fallout: New Vegas is a little low on folks in stetson hats whose spurs jingle, jangle, jingle, then this new quest mod will almost certainly be in your saloon. That's provided you're up for an unapologetically political story about NCR-backed Brahmin barons facing resistance from groups of local ranchers keen to avoid having their steads swallowed up by big business. "Step into the shoes of NPC man" with this Fallout New Vegas mod that lets you get faction cronies to do your dirty work

Rubbing shoulders with factions is a big part of the Fallout: New Vegas charm, even if it often devolves into you doing a bunch of favours if you don't want to risk ending up on the vilified naughty list for one too many accidental grenade pickpocktings. You do get some nice perks for keeping the likes of the NCR or Legion on side, but a new mod aims to take that to a new level, letting you send faction cronies out on handy odd jobs while you kick your feet up. Avis des critiques et joueurs

Critiques de la Presse (Metacritic)

Guardian 100/100

« The map, though similar-sized to Fallout 3's, seems more jam-packed than ever – New Vegas is less a sandbox game than whole beach to play around in. »

Official Xbox Magazine 95/100

« If you never quite "got" Fallout 3, New Vegas won't be the epiphany that shows you what you've been missing. But for anyone who adored the frantic post-apocalyptic, choose-your-own-path vibe of Bethesda's original sprawling stunner, this trip to the sin-soaked West is one hell of a kickass homecoming. »

RealGamer 95/100

« Fallout: New Vegas, looks and plays exactly the same as Fallout 3. But the additions that Obsidian have made push the survival angle even further to provide a much more immersive and authentic experience, and just like its predecessor New Vegas proves to be a role-playing masterpiece. »

Vandal 93/100

« Maybe we could have waited for some new features from Obsidian, apart for the scenario change and some new improvements in gameplay. But you could also ask why change something that works so well. The recommendation is clear: If you liked Fallout 3, don't hesitate in getting New Vegas. »

AceGamez 93/100

« Apparently clocking in at around 60 hours and with DLC promised, this is a gargantuan slice of epic adventure that will keep you well and truly immersed for weeks to come – you can bet your bottom bottle-cap on it. »

Console Monster 91/100

« Fallout New Vegas is a fantastic game that in its vast, interesting, flavour-filled world has something for everyone. »

Game Revolution 91/100

« Plenty of side quests. »

AtomicGamer 90/100

« With a hugely expanded perk system, new traits you can use to give your character both an advantage and a disadvantage, warring factions to join or make enemies out of, plenty of new features to dig into, and better dialogue, Fallout: New Vegas is better than Fallout 3 in many ways. »

Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)

cesdaygo 10/10

« Every playthrough feels like coming home to a world full of unforgettable characters, meaningful choices, and stories that still rival the best RPGs ever made. It captures that golden era of gaming when ambitious single player experiences felt like true blockbusters, built with passion instead of trends. Even after all these years, the Mojave has a charm that few games have ever matched. An absolute masterpiece, and one I'll always come back to. »

Havai_Wind 10/10

« Unironically the best action RPG of all time—head and shoulders above anything that hack Todd Howard churns out, especially compared to the utterly dreary *Fallout 4* and *76*, and that mind-numbingly stupid disaster of a TV series. It’s heartbreaking to think of the perfection the newer installments could have achieved in the hands of the "old" Obsidian, and to recall just how much Joshua Sawyer and Chris Avellone loved the series. R.I.P. Fallout (1997–2010). »

Courrier096 10/10

« Literally the best RPG of all time. Expected a simple action_RPG. Ended playing a huge narrative sandbox. 10/10. »

mursl 10/10

« This game is the best rpg or top five rpg ever the factions in this game are so good also the map is so good and first playtrough and second playrought are really really different you can choose other option and meet new encounter that maybe you not meet in the first playtrough »

disglair 10/10

« Bu oyundaki Faction mantığı ve mekanileri çok üst seviye. Türünün tek örneği olduğunu düşünüyorum »

RedDuelist 10/10

« The best Fallout, the story, the graphics and the goofiness really exceeds everything and I return to this game from time to time to replay it. »

Karakus 9/10

« I gave Fallout: New Vegas a 9/10 because it represents Obsidian Entertainment at its absolute best. The game offers an exceptional level of player freedom, meaningful choices, and branching narratives that make every decision feel important. Obsidian’s writing is outstanding, with memorable factions, morally complex quests, and characters whose motivations feel believable rather than simply good or evil. The Mojave Wasteland is rich with stories waiting to be discovered, rewarding exploration and role-playing in a way few RPGs can match. While the game inherited some technical issues from its engine, the depth of its world-building and the quality of its quest design more than compensate. Even years later, New Vegas remains one of the finest examples of how player choice and strong writing can elevate an RPG into a modern classic. »

QCK12 10/10

« One of the greatest games ever made. Dozens of years after playing this masterpiece I still think about it almost daily, what an amazing journey. Memorable characters & locations throughout, extremely fun, one of the few games I'd call perfection. »
