Description (IGDB)

Yoshi and Baby Mario are back together at long last, and it'll take a steady hand to guide them through their latest adventure. As Yoshi charges across the island, you use the stylus to throw eggs at enemies, lead him to egg-replenishing fruit, and make him jump over danger. On vertical-scrolling levels, you use the stylus to draw clouds to encircle enemies, throw coins, and guide Baby Mario through the dangerous skies. Take on the single-player challenges or compete against a friend using the wireless link of the Nintendo DS.

Avis des critiques et joueurs

Critiques de la Presse (Metacritic)

RewiredMind 90/100

« A game that you can pick up instantly, learn to play within seconds (watch the handy tutorial for all the moves) and then not put down for a fair few hours. »

Weekly Famitsu 88/100

« 9 / 8 / 9 / 9 - 35 platinum [Jan 2005] »

IGN 88/100

« The game modes offer an enormous amount of replay in their simplistic design; the main game mode has a ton of "combo" strings to discover and pull off. »

NintendoWorldReport 85/100

« Mixes elements of classic Mario games and sidescrolling shooters with touch screen controls for an experience like you’ve never played before. »

GameZone 82/100

« I liked this one, mostly because the gameplay is so strong. It would have been better had the game been longer and the designers tried breaking the mold in terms of the look and sound of the game. »

Da Gameboyz 81/100

« The gameplay in this title uses what the machine was developed for, innovation, and Nintendo gets huge credit for that. »

GamePro 80/100

« This challenging game organized into vertical and horizontal levels makes excellent use of the DS dual-screen format. »

Games Radar 80/100

« Touch and Go is a new breed of platformer and, while it doesn't quite reach the heights of Wario Ware and Mario 64 DS, it is still an essential DS purchase. [NGC Pocket] »

Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)

Magenta_black 6/10

« No está mal, pero tampoco bien, ya que tiene tan poco contenido que parece una demo y NO LO ES, tiene diferentes modos de juego, pero ninguno es muy llamativo. »

Yojimbo2015 5/10

« One of those titles that seems more interested in finding a use for the touch screen than creating a fully immersive game, Touch & Go plays more like a phone game than a true Nintendo console experience. Not terrible, but there's not enough to it. »

« I didn't play this game as much as other games simply because this was at a time when my brothers and I had to share games with each other because we didn't have enough to buy games for ourselves. This was one that my brothers played more than me but I played enough to feel confident to talk about. This game was based around the touchscreen much like most of the ds games because they were trying to highlight that feature which was fine if they made it work with the game. This game was based on the touchscreen so it passes for me. It isn't perfect but it was fun, you get to start out in the sky and work your way towards a yoshi that you'll get depending on how you do on your decent. It's so simple yet so charming and back when DS games used to be much more cheap I feel this is perfectly acceptable for a game. »

GamecubeLover 10/10

« In metascore I would rate this 77/100. Yoshi Touch & Go is a good Yoshi game but is a bit bland and the gameplay is repetitive. And besides that, that's my only problems. »

EightballPixels 2/10

« This game is the sort of game you'd only want to play if you had nothing better on you. The controls are confusing, the game fails to explain them (there isn't even a help menu!), you die in one hit with no chance of survival, and all in all, it's boring and frustrating. Even worse, the game is very flat and boring, having very little variation on the gameplay- something that I adore in games. The only thing it has going for it is the pretty graphics. Otherwise, the game feels soulless and flat; it seems more like a quick attempt to pop the round-nosed dinosaur on the DS than an actual, full-fledged game. »

ShadowR 0/10

« I hate this game! It is a pile of with 4 mini games and no fun. I don't recommend it for anyone in their right mind. Traded this in for a $5 game, and saved a lot of money and had a lot more fun. »
