Critiques de la Presse (Metacritic)

Gaming Nexus 91/100

« If you're a fan of Transformers, this is one I'd recommend. »

Game Chronicles 83/100

« The bottom line is that any action gamer looking for awesome multiplayer combat with classes, skills, and upgrades, or any Transformer fan looking for a cool prequel story to the upcoming movie will love Dark of the Moon. I know I did. »

Planet Xbox 360 82/100

« If you're conquered War For Cybertron already and seek to strike new ground with your favorite robots, Transformers: Dark of the Moon is a more-than-acceptable action fest. There are hiccups throughout, sure, but the solid multiplayer, tightly wound action and fan service-friendly set-up are more than meets the eye. »

DailyGame 78/100

« Transformers: Dark of the Moon may suffer from some derivative level design, and its introduction of the cool Stealth Force form does have some repetitive gameplay consequences. But kudos to the developers for injecting something new into the formula. »

GamingTrend 76/100

« While I know that this is a movie tie-in, I had high hopes for Dark of the Moon because of War for Cybertron. At the end of the day, Dark of the Moon feels unpolished with room to grow. »

Game Informer 75/100

« If you're excited about the movie or characters, for once this is an easy game to recommend. There's nothing here that should scare away fans, and any player ought to appreciate the way each game level feels unique from the last. After this game and last year's War For Cybertron, High Moon has proven they've got the chops to handle and understand the Transformers, no matter what continuity they're playing around in. Here's hoping that Hasbro and Activitision recognizes the talent, and continues to give the team the creative freedom they deserve. »

GamePro 70/100

« Transformers: Dark of the Moon is fun in the time that it lasts, but it doesn't have that same thrill factor that the previous movie tie-in had. »

GamesRadar+ 70/100

« The true winner in Dark of the Moon isn't Autobots or Decepticons – it's excellent pacing. Before any one part of the game starts to truly show its flaws, you're done with it and on to a new section. Sure, it's not the best Transformers game we've ever played, but it's still a good a Transformers game, and that'll be enough for a lot of people. »

Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)

Anonymous003 6/10

« I Like how the game storyline is based before the real movie, I think its great when it tells you on what happened and then it sets up the actual movie. »

geefeyelo05 8/10

« This was a fun game back in the day. Would love to see this ported to modern consoles »

Shifuzx 6/10

« Transformers: Dark of the Moon, the game, delivers a nostalgic punch for fans of the franchise, yet it lands with a mixed bag of results. As someone who rated it a 7.0, I couldn't shake the feeling of nostalgia coursing through my body as I played this game. However, beneath the surface lies a game that struggles to innovate within the confines of its genre. The gameplay, while serviceable, can feel repetitive and uninspired at times, relying too heavily on familiar mechanics without offering much in the way of innovation. The story, too, feels like a missed opportunity, failing to capitalize on the rich lore of the Transformers universe in favor **** narrative that fails to leave a lasting impression. »

« "Do you feel cold and lost in desperation? You build up hope, but failure's all you've known Remember all the sadness and frustration And let it go, let it go" »

PalpetineSheev 5/10

« The best of the transformers movie tie in video-games by far! That unfortunately isn't saying a lot though. »

Termin8ter 5/10

« The best way to describe this game is: a watered down version of War for Cybertron, a much better game. The gameplay is identical to that game, except has some annoying handling issues. The level design is poor, the visuals are dull, and the story is weak and forgettable. The game also feels very rushed. So don't buy this game. The gameplay is the best part, but it doesn't save this average product in the slightest. Get War For Cybertron or the even better Fall of Cybertron instead. »

gameguardian21 8/10

« While I was expecting this to be another cheap cash grab, it actually turns out to be a different game of its own. It has a good storyline which is a prequel to the transformers dark of the moon movie. The multiplayer is decent, but it isn't as good as the story. »

MrBigman01234 5/10

« Transformers: Dark of the Moon thrusts players into an original storyline that takes place before the events of the film. However, the fact that this game came out AFTER War for Cybertron, I felt disappointed. DotM is basically War for Cybertron watered down. There is no longer co-op campaign, the campaign is shorter than WFC's, there is absolutely NO Escelation mode in multiplayer, and the character customization is less than WfC! I feel ripped off for paying $60+ for a game that is actually worse than WfC. »
