Sorti le 20 août 2019, Remnant: From the Ashes est un jeu de tir à la troisième personne mêlant action et survie dans un monde post-apocalyptique envahi de créatures cauchemardesques. Développé par Gunfire Games et édité par Perfect World Entertainment et Intragames, le titre plonge les joueurs dans un univers ravagé par un mal ancestral venu d'une autre dimension. L'humanité, réduite à l'état de vestiges, doit explorer des portails vers d'autres réalités pour rassembler des ressources, percer le mystère de cette menace et tenter de reconquérir ce qui a été perdu.
Le jeu propose une expérience en solo ou en coopération avec jusqu'à deux autres joueurs, offrant un gameplay personnalisable avec des niveaux générés dynamiquement qui se renouvellent à chaque partie. Les joueurs arpentent quatre biomes uniques, chacun peuplé de ses propres monstres et environnements, et doivent adapter leurs stratégies pour survivre. L'accent est mis sur le tir et le combat au corps à corps, la fabrication d'équipement et la progression du personnage, avec des boss épiques à affronter. La presse a salué ce mélange des genres, God is a Geek évoquant un "mélange intéressant de genres" qui crée une expérience capable de rivaliser avec les meilleurs Souls-like, tandis que CGMagazine y voit une "surprenante combinaison de tir à la Gears of War et de difficulté à la Souls". Du côté des joueurs, les avis sont partagés : certains louent un jeu passionnant né de la passion malgré un budget limité, d'autres regrettent une direction artistique jugée fade et un certain ennui. Les agrégateurs de notes lui attribuent un score de 78 sur Metacritic et OpenCritic, avec une note moyenne de 77,60. La durée de vie est estimée à 13 heures pour l'histoire principale et jusqu'à 59 heures pour les complétistes.

Zorluk seviyesi iyiydi son boss biraz terletti. Ekipmanları düzgün geliştirebilirseniz ve boss'ların zayıf yönlerine oynarsanız diğer boss'lar çok yormaz. Boss çeşitliliği de yeterliydi. Oynanışta diğer souls-like oyunlar gibi yakın mesafe savaşları yerine silahlı orta-uzun menzilli savaş sistemi var. Silahlara eklenen mod seçenekleri de oyuna saldırı çeşitliliği sunuyor. Zaten FPS türüyle souls'u birleştirmesinden ötürü oldukça kült bir yapım ve aynı zamanda bunu oldukça güzel temellerle yapıyor. Eksikleri oldukça belirgin olsa da hiçbiri oyunu çöpe atacak nedenler değil. Araya çerezlik konulacak bir souls-like olarak davranılırsa kimseyi üzmeyeceğini düşünüyorum.
