After the endless rain, the shadow of the Dark Dragon finally dissipates over Tokyo, bringing clear skies and a moment of peace. But the work of the Hayabusa and Raven ninja clans is never over, and chaos threatens the world once more. A mysterious foe seeks to tear open a doorway to another dimension and transform our world into a living nightmare.
