Avis des critiques et joueurs

Critiques de la Presse (Metacritic)

Multiplayer.it 50/100

« Like the original version, MX vs ATV Supercross Encore is really boring and the lack of innovation makes it quite pointless. »

IGN Spain 50/100

« Nordic Games continues trying to capitalize the acquisition of THQ licenses with more effort than quality at this time. »

Critical Hit 49/100

« If you can look past the terrible controls, barely optimised visuals, useless trick system and erratic frame-rate issues then MX vs. ATV Supercross Encore might appeal to you. »

GameCrate 45/100

« Considering the appeal of the franchise, MX vs. ATV Supercross Encore had all the potential in the world when it came to its arrival on new consoles. Unfortunately, it squanders it with a myriad of problems, including sloppy gameplay, a lacking presentation and a lack of a genuine career mode to make you feel like you're getting anywhere. As a result, the ride just isn't the same. Here's hoping that, for its next game, Rainbow Studios goes back to basics and skips this Encore route. »

ZTGD 40/100

« MX vs. ATV Supercross Encore is a bad game. This hurts me considering I have been an avid fan of Rainbow’s titles since the PS2 era. »

SpazioGames 40/100

« A bad remaster of a mediocre game. Why someone decided to put money into developing this we don’t and cannot know. If you want to get dirty just jump in a puddle, even the mud is not that great in this game. »

Push Square 30/100

« Sadly, those looking for their MX vs. ATV fix are much better off waiting for Rainbow Studios to develop a new installment in this series specifically for the PS4. »

Brash Games 30/100

« There is plenty of content here for those that learn to live with the awkward control scheme, but even for those especially eager for a new off road racer, this ugly and uncooperative return will provide an unwelcome reminder of just how far this series has fallen from grace. »

Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)

Strikezone 6/10

« Why the f would you put a lil 3ft birm 10ft before the biggest jumps?? Throughout the races they do this right before table tops and other huge jumps? Why?? Just give a strait path to build speed have you ever made a jump? Track? Obviously not because let's make landings taller than the jump right after banked turn? Who are you? So many doubles triples jumps are 6ft away 90% time you land right before the landing or on top which leads to bunny hopping like Dave Mirra??? But I do love the old school parts, gear, tracks and riders. Definitely love the tag handlebars thor t20 boots and the fmf/pro circuit brand. It would be great if you could get Metal Mulisha graphics, Deegan, Twitch and the MM crew. »

Martma 10/10

« Best game ever play the best graphics and best story ever told totally recommend anyone who wants to play it »

SplitMind 1/10

« I'm glad I paid only £3.99 for this crap. Controls and physics are absolutely awful, not to mention mediocre graphics and banal environments. »

JrsAlster 7/10

« Improvement from the PS3 Supercross but still some issues and lack of variation. Career is to repetive even for the biggest mx fans. Online is also a big improvement from earlier games but still needs a little fix. Two of the national tracks have framerate issues. Controls and physics compared to the older games are much harder to get used to, and I can imagine that newcomers will struggle a bit more learning these compared to the old ones. It doesn't necessarliy need to be a negative thing, just harder to get used to. Free ride maps and more variation in career would be a start, otherwise its a good game with good graphics. »

JacquesDejean23 0/10

« The worst game I have played in a long time.... Can't wheelie on an ATV... Seriously you cant. I just payed $40 because I thought there was a big graphics upgrade and it was not.... It only gave me new tracks which is cool but I didnt spend $40 for that. Also I payed $2.99 for a Honda TRX450 and the chassis will not upgrade as high as the free 450s.... »

« For any fans of the MvA series, you are in for a rude awakening, not only have these developers pushed out a buggy, dated and overpriced game but they have managed to take several steps backwards in terms of general imporvement. MvA Unleashed came out 10 years ago and looks and plays much the same to this Next Gen installment. Save yourself the money and just buy MvA Reflex or MX Sim. »

« This game is a BIG improvement over the original, but there are still some major problems. I will be covering the hopefully in detail. Single Player: Single Race: Pick between 5 modes and play tracks you have unlocked for those modes. There are around 35 ish tracks which is a big improvement over last years game, which only had 17. Career: A total of 18 series spanning the race and rhythm racing game modes. It should take you around 15 hours to complete. Multiplayer: Local Multiplayer: Basically, it's single race mode, but in split screen (2 players only). Online: HOLY **** THIS MODE IS BROKEN! the only time I managed to join a server, I was met with lag and glitches. But hey, it is at least more balanced than the 360/ps3 versions. Race modes: Nationals: Race in 12 tracks ripped straight from Alive. they are still fun, even though there are framerate issues on them. Free Ride: Race on all of the tracks in the game (except for nationals tracks) they are open world and you are free to explore them. Great for practicing the tracks. Supercross: The main meat of the game. 17 tracks most of which are well designed. Waypoint: 4 Open world tracks that let you take your own route to each waypoint. Fun but short mode. Rhythm Racing: 5 straight tracks where the only focus is to find the fastest rhythm to the finish. Pros: -Great and improved physics. -Fun track design -Lots of variety -Lots of content -Great customization Cons: -Bad framerate sometimes -Glitchy online multiplayer -Sometimes questionable glitches. Most of my problems come from the game's technical issues which, hopefully can be fixed in a patch. Hope you enjoyed my review! 7/10 »
