Jet X2O
Jet X2O
Description (IGDB)
As a professional watercraft rider roaring through expansive levels, you can become the envy of all the other racers. You know you're good when you can race one of your highly stylized watercraft through raging rivers, turbulent rapids, tall waterfalls, and hairpin turns. In Jet X2O, you'll travel to far-off lands such as Atlantis, the Arctic, and humid South American jungles, and compete against competitors ready for the challenge. This is not just a race of speed, but a test of extreme trick skill.

Avis des critiques et joueurs
Critiques de la Presse (Metacritic)
« It's been developed so that the more you play it, the more you enjoy it. And there's enough depth and unlockables--not to mention a two-player mode--that this one is far less likely to collect dust than any other racers you may have in your collection. »
« It's "SSX Tricky" on water. [Jan 2003, p.176] »
« Performing stunts is easy -- almost too easy, if you ask me. »
« More extreme sports fun, but this time it's all wet. Finishing is only half the battle: performing tricks factors into the final standings. [Feb 2003, p.92] »
« Doesn’t offer anything new to players who have played "Wave Race" and "Jet Moto." »
« An uneventful, but not altogether unenjoyable racing game that fails to distinguish itself from the pack. [Dec 2002, p.120] »
« If you’re looking for a technically gorgeous title that truly shows off the depth of its environments to the limits of the system hardware, X2O does a beautiful job of giving the player amazing water effects. »
« Features some great tracks and can be fun to play at times, but it does not have the challenge or features to give it real staying power. »
Avis des Joueurs (Metacritic)
« It reminds me a lot of downhill domination but in the water... This game here has some really cool maneuvers to see and the water quality is so realistic that I had a hard dic$ »
« A water racing game with immersive gameplay and a lovable cast of characters. JetX2O is an underrated classic. For a 2002 game, the graphics, gameplay, unlockables, and bonus features truly make the game worth at least giving a try. Outstanding experience for a game made over two decades ago. Not even SSX could capture the universe JetX has put on table. »
