Midway Manufacturing
Midway Manufacturing was founded in 1958 in Chicago as a manufacturer of arcade amusement games. The company was purchased by pinball manucaturer Bally in 1969. Midway was among the earliest companies to enter the video game market, producing their first game Winner in 1973 during the Pong arcade boom. Aside from a few early clones the company mostly relied on imports, contractors and other Bally-owned subsidiaries, such as Dave Nutting Associates, for designing their games. An internal team was established circa 1980-1981; their first game was Kick-Man, released in 1981. In 1982 the company became Bally-Midway after Bally merged its pinball division into Midway.
Kaga Create
Kaga Create Co., Ltd. was a Japan-based video game developing and publishing division of Kaga Electronics. The company initially released games for the PC Engine (known as the TurboGrafx-16 in North America). It later released titles for a wide array of gaming systems, including the Nintendo Entertainment System, Game Boy, Super NES, Dreamcast, 3DO, PlayStation, Sega Saturn, and PC-FX. The company's releases mostly stopped around 2005, with their final games primarily being re-releases of PC Engine titles on the Wii Virtual Console.

Devcats is an independent game studio that develops casual cat-themed games. The company semi-jokingly presents itself as a studio run by cats, and part of the proceeds from the sale of its games go to getting real-life cats adopted. They are best-known for their "Full of Cats" series, represented by games like A Castle Full of Cats (2022) and A Tower Full of Cats (2024).
